To obtain a refund on any of Giant Matrix products, you must adhere to the following guidelines:
 
A. All returns must be pre-authorized by Giant Matrix. ("GM") as described below. Your right to obtain a refund for any of our products lasts only for a limited time. Your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ("RMA number") must be made to GM within 30 days of the date GM made the software available to you (the "Purchase Date"), and GM must receive, on its sales email (sales@giantmatrix.com) your fully completed and signed Letter of Destruction ("LOD") within maximum 30 days of your Purchase Date.
No refund will be made until the LOD has been received by GM. If the time requirements described above are not met, GM will not be responsible for lost or misdirected emails, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.
 
B. Unless otherwise indicated GM will only refund the "Purchase Price" if and only if there is a technical problem with the software that cannot be resolved within 10 business days of the customer request.
 
C. To receive a refund for any of GM products, you must first download, complete and sign the LOD (described below), scan it and return it back to GM within maximum 30 days of your Purchase Date.
You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software.
 
Once you have returned the LOD to GM, all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.
 
D. All Letters of Destruction must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by GM clearly displayed on the form. To receive an RMA number, contact us at (sales@giantmatrix.com).
 
You must provide sufficient information for GM to be able to identify your transaction, such as your order number and/or invoice number and/or date of purchase. If GM is able to identify your order, the request is made within the time frame discussed above, and your return reasons was approved by GM. You will be given an RMA number as well as a copy of the LOD ready for completion so that you can complete it, sign it, scan it and return it back to GM.
 
E. You must fill out all required information on the LOD, sign it, scan it,and return it to GM at (sales@giantmatrix.com)
 
F. When GM receives your properly completed and signed LOD within the time frame discussed above, GM will provide a refund to you of the amount you paid for the software. GM will not refund any shipping or handling charges that may have been charged to you.
 
Please allow at least 30 days for the refund to be processed.
