I'm not sure which duplicate files to delete

When you scan your computer for duplicate files Giant Disk Cleaner will list all the duplicates found on the selected drive(s). That does not necessarily mean you can delete all of them. Sometimes it is normal to have duplicate files (for example the Windows Sysbckup Directory). It is up to you to decide which files are needed and which ones can be deleted/removed.

We highly recommend that you backup any duplicate files before deleting them. This will allow you to restore deleted files should a problem occur.
